Easy to Setup and Customize

WaiverFile makes it easy to configure your waiver forms. First, you'll copy and paste in your agreement text. Our rich text editor has tools to edit fonts, colors, and add images. 

Select Standard Questions

Next, you'll check the boxes of the standard questions you would like to be on your form. You can choose which ones are included, and which are required. 

Setup Custom Questions

Our form builder will let you add any additional questions you need. You can add questions using a variety of different form field types, including text boxes, drop-down lists, radio buttons, and checkboxes.

Add Images

You can add images to your waiver, such as your logo or diagrams. Use the image tool to easily upload and place images.
